Early life

DuVall was born in Rockford, Illinois. Her mother, Barbara Morris (née O’Meara), is a former actress and teacher, and her father, Joe DuVall, was a race car driver. Clea has two younger siblings; Christian DuVall is also an actor and model.

Acting career

After attending Coral Springs High School, she attended Carnegie Mellon University’s School of Drama. In 1996, DuVall left college and got her first movie role in The Craft.
