When I first heard about the cancellation, I was in shock. How could Netflix do this to such a groundbreaking show with an amazing international audience that generated millions of fans in countries all over the world. And then once it really sunk in, I was mad. Mad because I felt like there was so much story left to tell for these characters and for their journeys. But what made me even more upset was knowing how much those global viewers loved these characters, because they had connected so deeply with them. It’s not just me who feels this way; it’s the people from all over the world who would never get to see their stories play out or know what happens next.
