Showbusiness Is In His Blood
Giovanni Zarrella comes from a long line of entertainers. His great-grandfather was a successful musician in the early 1900s, and his grandfather was an actor and singer. Even his father dabbled in showbusiness, appearing on Italian television in the 1960s. So it’s no surprise that Zarrella followed in their footsteps and pursued a career in entertainment. When I started my career with Bro’Sis
I was just a young singer trying to make it in the music industry. I never could have imagined that, just a few years later, I would be part of one of the most successful pop groups in Germany. From 2001 to 2006, Bro’Sis was at the top of the charts and we had a huge fan base. It was an incredible time in my life. One day, I was singing in front of thousands of people and performing on TV shows. The next day, I would go back to school with my friends and finish my degree.
I always wanted to study psychology because as a kid growing up with two parents who are both psychologists, they always had me doing quizzes on them or observing how they work. So by the time I got into college after finishing high school back home in Berlin, I knew what course I wanted to take. Studying psychology is important for me because it helps me understand myself better so that when tough times come around again – which inevitably happen for everyone – then you know how you can deal with them differently than before because you have learned from your past experiences.
What would I do differently?
First and foremost, I would spend more time developing my personal brand. I would make sure that everything I put out there represents me in the best light possible. I would also create more content around my niche and make sure that it is high quality and engaging. Additionally, I would focus on building relationships with other influencers in my industry. And finally, I would continue to work hard and hustle everyday to achieve my goals.
Nowadays I am touring as solo artist
