Early career

Oleksandr Oleksandrovych Usyk began his professional boxing career in 2013 and quickly made a name for himself. He won his first twelve fights, eleven of them by knockout. In 2015, he won the WBO Cruiserweight title, defeating Krzysztof Glowacki in just his fourteenth fight. He defended his title twice before moving up to heavyweight in 2018.
